You're going to have waxing and hair removal questions, and we're here to help give you answers.
How long does waxing take?
Waxing can take 20-30 minutes depending on the area that you need waxed. It’s hard for us to give you a general time-frame and it’s best for you to call us and ask us directly.
How long does a full waxing last?
If we had to shout a straight number, we would say 4 weeks. However, that is purely dependent on your unique skin and hair conditions. We’ve had treatments last anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks.
How long should hair be before a wax?
In order for wax to properly hold onto and remove unwanted hair, the hair should be at least one quarter of an inch – roughly 2 weeks old.
Can I shower after a waxing session?
We recommend waiting at least 12 hours before showering or adding any type of lotion, soap, or chemical to your skin. After a wax your hair follicles are left open and cause discomfort when hot water or chemicals enter your skin. Don’t wear tight pants either.
